I think the clothing comes better in your solution. The skin and hairs are better in PS CC.

Agreed... For now, i plan to use only for old family photos.... The Pixbim software has color correction sliders that I've not tried yet. so there may be some improvement. It does have a batch mode and single click processing, so is very convenient.
The colorized version of the building reminds me of what a 50’s postcard might would like. I am not familiar with the program you used, but I suspect you can tweak any starting point you created when you first colorized.
I lived across the street from Robie House in New Dorms during my first year in college. Unless you want some kind of retro look, I do not like any of those renderings. The original was much nicer.
