SOLD-I finally received my Z9 in mid-May, it is a US version. It is larger and heavier than I want in a camera and have decided to post it for sale.
There is an LCD main and top protector on the camera (Expert Shield).
I am asking $5400 plus shipping and insurance using non-fee payment.
I also have a Small Rig L bracket and cold shoe attachment that I would like to sell for $50.
Please pm me for any questions
Doesn't the Z9 sell for $5,500.00 new??

Plus tax, which in my state is almost $400
A general question....
Why would someone pay basically MSRP+ for an expensive piece of new equipment/technology and not get the manufacturer's warranty? Yes, some will say so they don't have to wait for a new one...but, impatience aside, does it make sense? Especially I would guess that they have an equally 'good' camera that has served them well and will continue to do so until the new--brand new camera arrives.
It's used! Price is way too high!

Oh....and it is used (implied but not stated).

Nikon does not have the best track record for quality and now days nothing they make is built in Japan. It better have a warranty. Good reason not to buy grey market or used without a huge discount. I only buy used gear that is at least 50 percent off the retail. People like this person should buy from a place that has a return policy if they just want to try the camera out instead of nullifying the warranty and trying to sell it to someone else.

While I agree with your recommendations, I do not agree that Nikon's quality track record is 'not the best'. But there is nothing that says that the quality made in Thailand is less than that when in Japan. There has been quite a bit about that here in UHH by people much more knowledgable than me.

All, I’ll repeat a comment I’ve made in this section before: if you’re not interested in buying an item, kindly stay out of the transaction and refrain from comments concerning the pricing - it’s really none of your business and is definitely unappreciated by the seller. This is a classified ad section, not a section for general comments about how pricing should be determined, how much the item should sell for, where you can buy it cheaper, how the seller should conduct THEIR business, or how they should price THEIR property. I’m pretty sure that the vast majority of UHH members are adults, capable of checking prices and making monetary decisions on their own without the assistance of self appointed guardians of THEIR spending. This forum is for sellers and BUYERS, not kibitzers. If the item is priced incorrectly, the market will communicate that to the seller very clearly, and if you feel that you have information that the seller really needs to know, just PM them.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Actually--Bravo!
