It's been years since I did this, and it goes back to the old days of film. But I remembered a nifty soft focus trick by smearing a little petroleum jelly on a clear/UV filter, and thought I'd have some fun playing with it again. But remember, if you want to try this, the Vaseline goes on around the perimeter of an old filter leaving the center clear, and not directly on your lens!

yep, that was another trick. Also, a little hair spray of the filter worked too. Thanks!
Beautiful result and Doris Day needed it because of her freckles.

Nice set. You can also fog your lens with your breath and shoot as it clears.
It's good to be reminded of old tricks.
