An excellent buy for someone. I had a D7000 and I wish I still had it. Traded it for a Fujifilm X-T2 which is a very good cameral although the menu is horrible.

Thanks for looking. It’s a great deal it’s all brand new, the 50mm has never been on a camera! I hope a hog buys it before it sells on eBay. 🤞

"...After 8 years and 800 posts I assumed a certain amount of trust..."
Marty you have Zero Positive Feedback here...
And you claim your "Occupation" to be a Photographer? With 628 Ebay transactions? Red Flag.
Buddy129 is a new UHH member and I believe his query is appropriate and germane.

Please realize attitude is everything in sales...
https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-634730-1.html
Your previous post here in Members Buy/Sell/Trade -- Classifieds Forum leaves one wondering...
Strange to see both a Canon and Nikon "Kit" offered in a similar scenario.

btw what is the serial number on the AF 50mm f/1.4D Nikkor?
The reason. To verify it is a US copy and would qualify for service by Nikon USA.

Marty my mission here is to ferry new and naive UHH Users out of harms way.
I'm certain you can appreciate Ronald Reagan's "Trust but Verify" mindset in this scenario.

Since you claim to be an experienced high volume eBay seller I'm puzzled at your attitude...
"I have 628 Ebay transactions with a perfect score and you can check out what I have sold and the reviews, teacher4golf is my ebay name."

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of my query Marty
Oh, very nice illumination on your UHH avatar... Broad with a touch of "Rembrandt" works well here.
Wishing you all the best on your journey...

I didn’t know it was an issue for selling like gear? I guess in the future I’ll only try to sell the same brand once!

I don’t “claim to be” an experienced ebayer it’s a fact look it up.

Im trying to do a good deed her by selling to the photographers on this site just about new gear for a great price.

If anyone has a question they can ask me. Buddy wanted photos and got them immediately!! Never thought I’d get chewed out for doing it by the UHH police!

Good luck. 👍

"...
I don’t “claim to be” an experienced ebayer..." Marty an individual with 628 Ebay transactions is likely "flipping" kit that didn't move on eBay or is not interested in dealing with the eBay Money Back Guarantee
https://pages.ebay.com/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

UHH Members Buy/Sell/Trade -- Classifieds Forum is sans that protection... Thus my intervention... Just putting everything out in the open to "Level the Playing Field". The major issue that has prompted this intervention on behalf of new and/or naive UHH members is a recent upturn of "Used Kit" marketed by major eBay Vendors unloading inventories here on UHH...

What I'm sharing with you here is that you certainly are not alone as other major eBay vendor are now turning to UHH... I've "ID" a few lately... While eBay has excellent "Buyer" protection sadly the UHH Members Buy/Sell/Trade -- Classifieds Forum it is rather limited to only a UHH Member's "Positive Feedback" with virtually no recourse if there are issues.

Yes I'm a member of UHH and I truly care about it's perceived worth... If that is a concern for you no worries I simply hold the mirror for what is visible with research yet unstated.

Which brings to point: What is the Serial Number of the AF 50mm f/1.4D you are selling Marty?
"...it’s all brand new, the 50mm has never been on a camera!"
That doesn't answer my concerns here please show me (and other UHH members) the Serial Number Marty.

Below is what I used to recently sell one of my two copies of that superb Nikkor.
Also an image of what B&H is selling as "New" with an questionable price.
The B&H lens lacks Nikon USA's warranty... That said B&H is offering "Free" delivery, so that has to be factored in.
Since there may be a disconnect here I believe UHH Member should be aware of all options available to them.

FYI: Today Nikon USA is actually selling that Epic Nikkor NEW (not Refurbished) for only $369!
https://www.nikonusa.com/en/nikon-products/product/camera-lenses/af-nikkor-50mm-f%252f1.4d.html

I've already alerted two of my UHH colleagues as to this recent Nikon USA price...
It's better optically than the AF-S 50mm f/1.4 at virtually all f-stops above 1.8 and it focuses faster!

Marty I trust you appreciate what I'm bringing to the table here, it's all about helping UHH Users make informed appropriate decisions...

The package you're offering Marty appears to be very reasonably priced provided both lenses are US models.

Again wishing you all the best on your journey Marty.

I don’t know if you’re harassing me, which you are doing by accusing me of “flipping kits” or just blowing your own horn, you certainly are full of yourself!

I’m old, I’m honest, I grew up in a different time than you. I have 638 eBay transactions with a perfect score, perfect!! You don’t get that by being a liar.

"...You don’t get that by being a liar..." Not accusing you of equivocation... Just show the folks here the Serial Number on the AF 50mm f/1.4 you're marketing here on UHH... Providing serial numbers of items is a common practice on eBay...

If you believe my posts are inappropriate and not in the best interest of UHH members then I recommend you contact the Admin of the UHH Members Buy/Sell/Trade -- Classifieds Forum. Simply click on Admin in the first "Sticky" thread at the top of Forum.

Albeit, you're still sidestepping my request for the Serial Number of the AF 50mm f/1.4 which I have made twice so other UHH Members can determine if it qualifies for service by Nikon USA... a.k.a. it's not Gray Market.

That said the image of the Nikon Warranty Card (with Serial Number 3442174 (for the Nikon D7000)) gives witness it's likely a US model... This Serial Number on the Box should have the Letter "U" adjacent to it if it qualifies for Nikon USA service. This is the reason I have no concerns about the D7000. Marty I endeavor to play by the rules... My only mission here is to ferry naive and new UHH members out of harms way. Yes I've been "burned" before purchasing used kit, however eBay's excellent "Buyer" protection provides ample recourse when purchasing on that portal/platform. I have no problem with eBay.

Once again I believe you are honorable... However if you refuse to share the Serial Numbers of the AF 50mm f/1.4, oh well... I'll let the other UHH members decide.

Oh, btw, I don't play a brass instrument... I play an acoustic classical guitar which I cherish :)
Once again I'm wishing you well on your journey Marty...

That's quite an assumption you are making about "flipping" Thomas.

I, myself, have over 500 eBay feedbacks with a 100% positive rating...am I a "flipper" of photographic equipment...No. Only about 10 of those transactions were camera related and every single one of them were purchases. The vast majority were from my days as a coin collector.

As for the 50mm serial number...if you take a close look at the pic of the warranty cards you may notice there is a 3rd one peeking out at the bottom. Could that be for the 50mm? He's only selling 3 items.

"...if you take a close look at the pic of the warranty cards you may notice there is a 3rd one peeking out at the bottom. Could that be for the 50mm? He's only selling 3 items..." Yes indeed I noticed that... but it didn't show a serial number.

Once again... I'm only the messenger here... No problems with eBay... Their "Buyer" protection provides ample recourse. The UHH Members Buy/Sell/Trade -- Classifieds Forum's only "protection" is by viewing a Seller's Positive Feedback here on UHH... Marty has marketed Camera Kit here before and has zero positive feedback.
Just saying...

Since Marty has now marked this thread as "Sold" time will tell if Marty receives Positive Feedback from another UHH member on this sale, or if he just pulled the listing because he moved it on eBay (not an uncommon event). I'm hoping he did close a deal and receives Positive Feedback. It's tough times in DSLR sales now, sadly seems that the market on the aforementioned is imploding.

Wishing both you and Marty well...
Like FiddleMaker mentioned the Nikon D7000 is a very capable platform...
I actually used it for several years on commercial assignments... See Below

I've seen kit offered in 'like new' condition with pictures that would keep me from even considering a purchase. I think it is standard operating procedure to post pictures to give a potential buyer some degree of comfort about what is being offered. Just my opinion. Good luck with sale.
