Help Leslie out with your very own challenge for the calendar she’s filling out. We’ll all cheer you on!!

You know it’s here so don’t be shy and go ahead and post up some of your images for us all to enjoy. I’m talking about Free Sunday y’all, and it's the last one for this month too. I’ll kick it off with a few of my latest that I needed to play with .... a lot.
Dee said I needed to start getting rid of all my wood scraps I’ve saved over a few years, if you know what I mean. So I wasted a lot of time looking for ideas on “pintrest”. How to use scrap wood? Luckily there is a burn ban if effect for our area or she could have started a fire! Anyway I came up with my own idea and used up a little making these stars just for fun, then I played with them for even more fun.

Calculate the correct angles, set the miter gauge and wa la it all comes together. Especially if you have enough wood filler putty. That’s why they make that stuff you know.

I took this shot a couple years ago at Edinburgh's Camera Obscura but never liked the white reflective flare so I finally got rid of it in Photoshop and converted to B&W as well as keeping the original color (I prefer the B&W version!)
