I like to look at and handle my "old" cameras. By making bookends out of these old warriors, I was able to take them out of storage. The "Brownie" belonged to my folks and they took many (hundreds and hundreds) of photos with it. Some out of focus and a little off kilter, but they preserved our family history and for that I'm forever thankful. The little kid in the wash basin sitting on top of the toilet is me 73 years ago. God bless my folks and the "Brownie".

I have an old Kodak Like yours that belong to my great grandfather. It must be 100 years old and the Bellows is still in good shape I just can’t get the shutter release to work with used a little air bulb to release the shutter and take the picture ,they knew how to build them back then.

We had a Brownie exactly like that! Great of your folks to capture and preserve these memories. I imagine that most of the 1000's of photos I've take will end up in the landfill...

A truly enjoyable set...I may give that a try on my bookshelf. Like your choice in reading material, too. :)
