Most of those, if not all of them, can be easily done without photoshop. It's just a matter of how much space, time, and imagination the photographer, and/or model, possesses.

OK. Seen some of them before. Like old school film photography from before Digital or Photoshop. I have books of similar from decades ago. Interesting that some apparently choice to do so today. With a digital camera? I did not read through the link, only looked at the images. You know what they say about pictures...

Yes and the historic Great Photographers didn't have photo shop, they did have darkroom skills.
And you never see their "almost" or "fails".
In the days of large glass plate cameras (and some metal plate cameras) if the picture was judged faulty they simiply cleaned the plate and recoated it with emulsion to use again. So the only ones that were kept were their good shots.
