My sister' husband just passed away and she gave me his film camera with 5 lenses. Please give me some advice as to whether this has any value and what is the best way to achieve it. (Ebay, pawn shop, etc.)
Thanks everyone.

You can look up sold histories of any of the items, on ebay. Then you will get an idea of what their values are.
The first place I would try to sell these items would be here on UHH.
You can post them in the for sale section with prices and photos.

I recommend looking at prices on KEH and MPB...they sell used gear. Their prices can give you an idea of what items are being offered at. Ebay can give you an idea of sale prices and sold prices.

I certainly would not do a pawn shop. In worst case scenario I would sell the items to KEH or MPB. I did a lens exchange via KEH recently and was very satisfied.

Once you get an idea of pricing, take photos of your items for sale and post it here first.

The camera is probably worth ~$100 if it’s an AE-1 and maybe $125 if it’s an AE-1P. Post a list of the lenses and then maybe we can advise a package price.

Thanks everyone !
It's a Canon AE-1 Program. I didn't realize that one of the lenses is actually a 2x converter:
Not sure if I have the right manufacturers, but:
Toyo 5 star optics, 2.8 28mm
Canon 1.8 50mm
Toyo 8.0, 500mm
Cimk0 4.5 80-200mm
Vivitar MC Converter, 2x
Canon speedlite 155A

I put in a fresh battery and it seems to operate with no issues that I can see.
Miraculously, all of the original manuals are there along with lens cases.
APPRECIATE ALL ADVICE

MPB does not sell any film gear. Only digital.

I didn't realize it either until I tried to trade some film gear to them.

I tried to sell similar vintage gear awhile back without success. You may fare better if you live near a university or college with some type of film school. I was told that students are advised to purchase vintage film equipment for use in photography classes.
