The last three images are from this morning, weather better, but getting colder, heavy overcast which its good

35ft to the water, 45 feet more to the bottom. Stones from this Quarry were use to pave some of the streets in downtown St.Louis and in city buildings.

No fish, these are quarries and no really safe place to fish from

Looks like some nice small crystals in the "wedge" shot...quartz and perhaps some black tourmaline.

Yes, but it was too damn slick to walk this morning, rained most of last night.
It's been probably 15 years since I had last been to that part of the park.
