Is it a one time purchase, or subscription? If i got gigapixal do i need the de-noise and sharpen programs as well?
Simple answer No. DeNoise AI and Sharpen AI IMHO the best of their kind available. Gigapixel is primarily to enlarge low resolution so they can be printed in larger sizes. It depends on what you want to do.
My work flow is to open a file in Photoshop, I don't edit in Lightroom and send it immediately to DeNoise. Then start my processing in ACR
Really? On my PC, Gigapixel is only in File/Automate, not in Filters: Only Topaz Sharpen and DeNoise are there - See screen captures.
What is odd or seemingly inconsistent with Adobe, is LR has them all together. That is fine for my workflow as I run these filters from LR. So why did they feel compelled to separate them so widely apart? If I was purely PS I would disappointed.

Believe me I am. I think Topaz made a bad mistake on this one.
