3D movies, with polarized glasses handed out to the theater audience began in the 1950's. I saw a few as a kid. I believe that is what the Canon lens is for, 3D and virtual reality video, not for making lantern slides. You are skuzed.

3D has been coming and going for waaaay over 100 years, and it’s back again today, and this time with a new name, or at least new initials: “VR”.
