The contrast between, say, the streets of New York and the photographs above couldn’t be more extreme. It is what came to mind as I got lost in your scenes, lost in the sense of going deep into my mind, thinking of that road, of that lonely scenery, of what would have happened if your Subaro had broken down, and so much more. Incredible pictures! Just incredible! But more than that. Thank you for giving me thirty minutes of quiet contemplation.
No fear Paul. We had plenty of water, food, spare tire etc. Although our cell service was non existent, we saw several vehicles that afternoon. A lot of the tour companies from Moab take people on this trail. So, although it would have been a bummer if our car broke down I think we would have been helped in a short time.
