I'm from the CLE and these are magnificent and that's the way the lighting is for the bridge. In fact, you that know nothing about Cleveland, you want to know why the tower has so many colors lighting it up. Keep up those shots' Kudos to you.

I don't understand why the bridge has white light on it, and then green... Did you do that in photoShop?
I would really like to know that.

There are different light sources which account for the different hues. Fluorescent will show green, tungsten a warm tone towards red, sodium vapor pink if daylight balance is used.

Very nice images, the starburst are normal in long exposures with a stopped down aperture such as F16 or F22.

The attached image is a tripod mounted, 30 second exposure at F32 done with Fuji 100 ISO film that I scanned to digital.

As noted, lower your fstop and focus stack to keep the whole shot sharp.

Below about f/5.6 the starburst will go away. With your camera/lens combo, the hyperfocal distance is less than 20 feet, so there is no reason not to open up the aperture if you don't want the effect.

Edit: At f/1.8, the hyperfocal distance is about 120 ft which should still work in these shots. If you want longer exposures you might need an ND filter.
