Veteran's Day was Friday of course, but the celebration continues.
Golden Corral restaurants are continuing their tradition of providing a free meal for every veteran who comes to one of their restaurants on Monday, Nov. 14 from 5 - 9 pm.
Just go to their website to locate a location near you ... if you're lucky. The closest one to me is 20 miles away, so I won't be going.

And, Thank You Golden Corral!
We appreciate your kindness and generosity!
Giving this a bump to the top.

I am really glad to hear that Golden Corral does this each year. I had never heard of that before. I don't really know any veterans but when I come across them in the future I will mention it to them since there is one about 12 miles from where I live.
Thanks, I went by our local GC and the line traveled around the outside of the building so I said to myself..."Self" and my self said..."Huh?". I said "We ain't gonna stand in that line" and myself agreed! (now was that a stupid post from me or what?) :-) Just having fun in my own way, thanks for letting us know but I'm not much of a standing in line person. Thanks to Golden Coral for all those that you did get to serve a free meal!
By the way Mister Wilson, I worked the state of SC for a few years as a regional manager and I love your state. It has the best of both worlds, oceans and mountains all within a short ride...
Thanks!
Likewise, northern Georgia is a great place for Carolinians to go for some beautiful scenery, quaint towns, and great food.
