Yes. The parts of it I watched the last two times were very good. Look at the schedule and pick what you want to watch. If you like it enough, you can pay and watch past the shut off.
This is offered by Adobe. I registered and will watch to learn more photoshop techniques I can regularly use.
Thanks for looking and replying.
Not exactly offered by Adobe. A guy named Dave Cross gathered up the known and (maybe) famous instructors of the online photography world. His company is "Photoshop Virtual Summit". It appears that the first two were successful enough that there is now some Adobe sponsorship (money). So it is really offered ('produced') by Dave Cross, not Adobe.
The clever marketing technique is that it is all offered completely free while "live". ".... you have 48 hours to watch each session, after which they will be archived into the VIP Area" The ongoing, unlimited access VIP pass is $100!
The list of instructors is impressive. And, they all seem to understand the value of collaborated marketing and promotion. They are: Aaron Nace, Anya Anti, Ben Willmore, Bert Monroy, Blake Rudis, Colin Smith, Corey Barker, Daniel Gregory, Glyn Dewis, Jesús Ramirez, Khara Plicanic, Kirk Nelson, Kristina Sherk, Lisa Carney, Matt Kloskowski, Nicole Young, RC Concepcion, Sebastian Michaels, Tim Grey and Dave Cross.
If Adobe is willing to associate their name and some money with this, I'll happily take advantage of this opportunity. I was not aware of the prior Photoshop Virtual Summits.
Thanks for sharing more info.
