I have just read a fascinating story in the Daily Mail from the UK about Dubai using drones to make it rain.

I read. Seems to make some sense. Makes me wonder why we don’t try these things in the US what with all the wildfires, etc.
Oh, I thought the drones were carrying tanks of water aloft to be released as rain . . .

From what I read, the drones were somehow charging the clouds electrically which created rain that would reach the ground before dissipating.

there is very little kickback money involved with projects of this nature so politicians are not interested
