I use Nikon D5300 camera(s) because I really like the articulated screen on back . Other cameras also do this but some only one way not both ways . Not really knowing what is out there my question is : What Nikon or Canon cameras offer fully articulated screens . I would love to find one in full frame(although D5300 isn't) . So folx what is out there you'd recommend ??

Not full frame but the newest Nikon mirrorless, the retro-styled Zfc features a fully articulating screen:

I have a few Canon rebels and a 77D and love those articulating screens. I attach camera to a telescope and when pointing up the screen is a back savior so I don't need to bend over

The D750 does not have a fully articulated screen, at least my 2020 copy does not.

I own cameras with both types of screen, tilting up/down only, and fully articulating. I strongly prefer the tilting up/down only type. It's much quicker to deploy, far less vulnerable to bumping/breaking, and is always aligned square to the sensor. I seem to be in the minority with that view.

As with so many things, it depends on what you use it for....
I like to take photos of the grandkids at play. It doesn't seem to matter how involved they are in their play, as soon as Oma brings out the camera, they start acting up, pulling faces, hiding behind their toys.... And they know that I have to look "through that little window" to take their picture.
I have am Olympus OM-D E-M1 mark 3; it has a fully articulating screen. I can sit on the side of the camera, but still see on the screen when to push the button on the remote cord.
That I move the camera around on the table doesn't seem to bother them, as long as I do not bring it up to my face. They have not yet caught on that I use the cord instead of the button on the camera to snap them. As long as I am not behind the camera they ignore me!
So for me: fully articulating screen is the best!

My D750 has an up and down screen, plus a built-in flash. That's as close as Nikon full frame gets to the versatility of your D5300.

The new Sony A7c, 24mp, Full Frame camera has a [3.0" side-opening vari-angle touchscreen LCD] ...
I'm thinking that could be interpreted as being fully articulating. Sony has a way with words!
