Very dramatic image. Am I looking at a 25A filter?

Put in context, the image was shot from a low rise just off Main St on the south side of town; elevation (above sea level) would be about 4,100'. The peaks on the horizon --the LaSal range-- are the tallest mountains on the Colorado Plateau at just under 12,000'. The tippy-top tufts of the bank of clouds --"them babies"-- probably sit another 20-25,000' above the mountains, and --not to contradict you, tct [and thanks, btw]-- don't know that we'd call 'em especially low.
Nevertheless, they seemed a proper height to convert to b&w.

Nope. Just processed to sorta look like it.
