Located off of the Santa Barbara and Ventura County coast is the enchanted Channel Islands National Park. The islands are rich in native American history and indigenous peoples stories. Getting to the islands can be a challenge crossing a rough Pacific Ocean channel. We launched out of Channel Islands Harbor (home of CISCO Sportfishing).
Spent 2 days there. First day at Anacapa Island which is southeast of the main island chain and then the big middle island named Santa Cruz. So many stories these islands can tell. Their beauty tells a story all its own. All photos taken with Nikon D850 hand held in a rock boat using a Nikkor 28-300 or a Nikkor 85mm f/1.8.
