Samyang has introduced a 12mm F/2 Auto Focus lens for $399. I saw a review last night, and it seems like a good lens for the money. There are better lenses available for twice the price, but they're not necessarily twice as good. I know they make it for the Sony E-mount, but I don't know what other mounts are available. I don't need more lenses for my Sony a6000, so I don't plan to buy one.

My understanding of the previous version of this lens (with manual focus) is that when set at f8 (I think its this f stop) everything from approximately an arms length away to infinity is in focus.
If this is correct . . . one would (arguably) hardly need auto focus!
