I am having a problem with Lightroom Classic. It was working no problem and then the next day I get "Adobe can't verify your subscription. It says you may not be connected to the internet . I have checked and am connected. There are some troubleshooting directions but I can't get anything to work. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they fixed it. Frustrating because I am on a trip and LRCC won't work. Also I can't find a 1-800- number for Adobe which is also frustrating. Any help is appreciated.
The photography plan requires a connection between your computer and Adobe's on a regular basis to verify your account. It normally happens in the background, every couple of months, when you don't know it. If, for some reason, it didn't work automatically, the usual remedy is to log out and then back into your account.
