I know its Old but , I just purchased A used Epson 750 and the CDs that come withit are in the box with the silver fast software I used the SilverFast and they updated it to present . The Serial # is printed on the envelope for the Elements 6 it will fit in a in a small mailer . I don't need anything for it As i am on the lease program even as old version 6 is it is a start for someone that wants to learn with... P.M . Me if interested.
Although your thinking is "something is better than nothing", this PSE-6 idea actually not even worth the postage. Why?
The software won't install onto any modern MAC as support for 32-bit software has been removed by Apple.
For Windows, the software may / may not install, if your computer should still have a CD reader. If it does install, it cannot be updated to download any point updates from Adobe that resolved issues in the original release written to the CD.
Real "free" and modern software is readily available from the internet that installs and operates on 2021 computers.
Been running and using PSE-6 on my Windows 7 machine for years. Just reinstalled it after a factory reset. For my purposes, it operates just fine. If I didn't already have it, I sure would accept your offer. It may not be usable for some or most, but it might just be something someone else could play with to get a basic understanding of Photoshop. Chuck
yes, I would like to have the Adobe Photoshop Element 6

If that's the case with PSE-6 then PSE-2 and 5 are worth even less, both of which I have along with 6. I also have 8, 11, 12 and 14, which is the one I am currently using.
BTW, I'm not looking to get rid of them.
I need to learn, and that is a start.
In response to all who commented on this post , I tried to respond last night but My internet went down . The first to respond was Rich Martin , so I am mailing it out this week . I am currently running 3 computers kind of a redundant system my oldest is a windows 7 computer and is running 2 versions of CS6 a 32 bit version with lots of 32 bit plugins that help with different aspects of editing and creative images also a 64 bit version with topaz suite and the Nik collection from when it was free also an upgrade "flood"a mirroring plugin that creates bodies of water with smooth or choppy water with reflections . A plugin called Fractalious
by Redfield used to create layered images that are part of My altered states series . Some of these are windows only programs , with some only 32 bit so i keep it running . It also is running Adobe CC and Lightroom 2020 but can't' upgrade any further without losing everything and upgrading to windows 10 . My main computer is a MAC PRO 1, 2 flashed to run El Capitan with 32 gig of ram . It does most of the heavy lifting on large files and upsizing for large canvases , but i still print from the P.C. because it works better with the Canon PRO 4000 printer . My laptop is the only computer running the current version of CC and Lightroom ..with Sky Replacement . So even though the Elements 6 is old I felt that someone is running older computers and can benefit ...and learn and move on to better their processing skills . P.S. You are only as good as your tools and your knowledge to use them .
I said I would be happy to take it off your hands.
I need to learn some of these editing programs.
