I don't get it either. Maybe you're supposed to do a cannon ball? A bit late, SteveR faster with the keyboard.

If you're going to do something, don't begin tentatively - go all in with enthusiasm! With a good beginning, momentum will carry you further.

23. After writing an angry email, read it carefully. Then delete it.
I've got a different view. Many decades ago - before email, I wrote an angry letter than I was wanting to send off. I wasn't sure if I should send it or not. Being very good friends with my boss, I asked for his thoughts. He said: "Don't send it, sleep on it. Then the next day reread it, and if you still feel the need to send it, then send it." Next day, I reread the letter, decided that I needed to add more to it. Did that, mailed it off, and two weeks later, I got a letter back informing me that upon further review, I was getting the promotion that I was looking for.
I still have a copy of that letter. Reading it now, I say to myself: "I can't believe that I actually sent this!" It went to the head of Civil Service.
But otherwise - great list. A piece of advice I remember from by father: "Never sell anything to a friend, relative or anyone you know, always sell to a stranger."
Actually, when I write anything that is even of minor importance, I let some period of time pass and then read it. I often, usually, make corrections.

show quote)
#32 says :"all things," not just what you like.

It can mean several things.
Mainly it is to never do things halfway.
To be bold and committed to any decision you make.
To be enthusiastic in doing things. In a group environment, it's not being the anchor dragging the others.
And to leave a mark, a story or memories behind. Preferably something that improved the situation and makes others happy
It is also like a personal challenge of "I can do better than that, i will not accept or do any low standards"
To aim and go for a higher goal that even if you fail, you still end up in better position than most men
and that in always giving your best, you wont regret the loss because you can accept it easy that it was just not your fate.

Kinda yea.
Don't be overly cautious, jump right in.
