Bob this is a fine image. I have a question. Do you think that there are those who look at your image and wonder just what it is they would see if they opened the doors and stepped through? And then there are others who wonder if they wait, just who will be stepping toward them through those doors? Either way, you did a wonderful job of capturing that question.

Rodeoman, thanks for the nice compliment. I also appreciate your additional thoughts inspired by the photograph.

This Lutheran Student Ministry was located about 1/2 block from where I used to live. As such, I was accustomed to seeing ASU students on the premises quite often. So, the thought of who might be entering or exiting through the doors wasn't really a consideration. I already was familiar with a lot of the participants of the activities conducted there. Thus, the draw to me was the lighting of the doorway and the play of light on the approach to it.

I think it's one of those familiarity breeds situations.
