They are quite unusual, but still very pretty! xoxoxo

The Dutchmen's Breeches are still blooming. They like the cooler weather and have grown bigger than they have any other spring.

Compared to winters in Illinois, the winters here are very mild. We do get to freeze level, but it doesn’t stay long. Same for snow; we’re more likely to get freezing rain. We just stay home on those days. Neighbors have second homes in FL to escape January and February.

I used to hate driving in the winter because the rain would turn to freezing rain or snow with little or no notice. I'm happy to watch the bad weather falling from my work desk.
Tennessee does look like a great place to retire.

Yes he is progressing well and now looking after his brother who fell off a trailer at the weekend, nothing broken just a lot of bruising. Can't trust my French boys!

We have a lot of birds that come to the area that I live in; and I am hoping that they will actually decide to nest in this region; hopefully in my yard ..... or even next door, if I don't have enough trees in my yard; DH has been tidying up the yard, and TRIMMING a few of the trees I have planted over the years that we have been here. Unfortunately he has no idea that trimming doesn't mean removing the trees, so I am down a few trees!!! πŸ€”πŸ˜£πŸ™„ He has found some flower seeds, that he wants to grow; but he wanted to plant them now, and I had to decrease his enthusiasm a little, and tell him that they need to be planted nearer to Spring time; otherwise he will only be feeding the ants and any other seed eating creatures! I should thank whatever Entity has got him enthusiastic about even planting these seeds, because he has never wanted any flowers previously; so he has improved a little, since we have been in this house! πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ xoxoxo

Good morning from a clear and 43F Seattle area. I'm off for my annual wellness checkup this morning. That will be my excitement for the day. Not a lot of fun, but at least it gets me out of the house. I hope you all are having a good day/afternoon/evening. xxxooo

I hope you passed your annual checkup with perfection.

The toilet upstairs is flushing by itself. Hopefully it will hold off until we can go to the plumbing store to get the parts. I know what the parts look like but can't always order them off the website because I don't know the part number!!!!

Hello ladies, How is everyone today, I hope you all have a great day, and remain safe! I saw on our International News, that there was a Concert held in London, where masks were not needed; and everyone seemed to be having a great time!

I am going to do a bit of catchup now, and see if I can get up to date, before we get to Connections 16! πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ’–πŸ’— xoxoxo

I think the concert was something of an experiment, to see how safe we are now, I'll be interested to hear the outcome of that!! Xxxx

Good morning from a cloudy and 52F Seattle area. No plans today. Annual wellness checkup went well. Will get the results to the various blood tests back today or tomorrow. I hope you all are having a good day/afternoon/evening. xxxooo
