Once in a great while, my dearly beloved dam' dogs decide to go on an extended morning ramble. They were still gone after half an hour, so had to boot up and go after them. 27° so of course I had scrape the windows. They like to ride in the vehicles, so will usually come at high speed just for a ride. Anyway, the light was good, so on the third pass I brought the D3 AF S Nikkor 24-85 1: 3.5 4.5 G on and snapped a few shots of nearby scenery. Despite my efforts, they came home for breakfast went they felt like it having had a nice two and a half hour adventure.

Just a hint of it, not as majestic as the Western part of the state, but very enjoyable. Thanks for looking & commenting!

There is that, but even though they are a pair of serious guys, we have Coyotes, Mountain Lions, Porkies, and the occasional dog hater. I worry enough that it kind of wrecks a morning. It has worked out so far. Thanks for the comment!
Beautiful views you have for sure.
Nice captures, thanks for sharing
