A big shout out of thanks to Judy Juul and Katspangle. Your challenges were very good and I enjoyed everyone's posts. Good job all.
It's Free Sunday now so bring on any leftovers from any of the challenges. They're all good here. Any new techniques or tricks you've learned while shooting or post processing are also welcome here. Teach us, teach me.
Mean while I'll start this new Free Sunday with some left overs of my own.
Something on display in Dee's sewing room.

I was trying to get my Tamron 90mm macro to work manually on the Z6 - no success - it was doing really weird things - but I did get this one shot.

Took this shot yesterday..the black background is natural, it was the shadow on the Hibiscus bush. As the bokeh, it turned out much darker than I thought it would..sets the shot off nicely though I reckon. Took it with my D500 and Sigma 150mm macro, hand held as usual...It was cropped to 16:9 ratio and I cloned a small bit of orange blossom colour out of the top left corner, also gave it a 10% sharpen...

That's a good one...frustrating when you can't figure out what's wrong!
From the Easter Sunday school program - Chloe singing "Rock of Ages Cleft for Me".
Very beautiful shots, here are a few I took 3 days ago in the marina in which I live in Rockport, TX. I have come to appreciate the Gulf of Mexico in all its manifestations, to include those vistas other than the wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Living on the water, there is not a day I don't count my blessings. We had a lot of wind causing the waves to break a little over the sea wall and I took these shots, I am a very amateur photographer as the shots will show, but I hope you enjoy them.
Here are a couple I worked on this past week...
Very soggy day trip to Ma.South wick -Congamond Lakes..adjusted light, sharpened a bit and cropped slightly..the birds were red winged black birds and just happened to be there!
