Nice "blur"! I like the affect. These guys are tough to keep in the frame when they decide to leave, much less have them in focus. I like the composition, but, assuming it is a crop, I would add just a bit more room on the top to give more room to the tail. Not too sure I like the bright suit behind the left wing. Obviously, considering the speed of these guys, if your are interested in a sharper image, 1/800 will not give it to you. But a "blurred" image may have been your intent. For a "freeze", I would be shooting around 1/4000. Also, the bright suit is a bit over exposed, but it seems recoverable. But overall, nice shot. I like it!
