This is a very clever way to get smooth panning action while keeping the camera low to the ground for the prized eye-level shot. It was first developed for use on a beanbag placed on the hood, roof, or window of a car. (Safari shots). I found it fits perfectly into a frisbee which enabled me to slide my camera and long lens on the beach to get some incredible shots of shorebirds only 3 or 4 inches high! I decided to leave it mounted in the frisbee although it can be easily removed. Unfortunately, I no longer have use for it because of health issues. Here is a link to B&H:
