Just be careful where they put that jab.
Rats!! I got the Moderna shots instead of the apparently dual purpose Pfizer. My bad luck.
Just got back from getting my 2nd Pfizer shot. No reaction yet - good or bad!

Putting lead in my pencil would be a waste since I have nothing to write on.

My urologist put me on testosterone replacement therapy. It brought back my vigor and much of my libido, too. I gained back muscle mass and strength. My cognition improved substantially. I feel younger overall.
He also started me on Cialis and Viagra, two sex pills, to help with performance.
Before TRT, I'd awaken with stiff hands and fingers shaped like claws, due to mild arthritis. This condition has moderated greatly.
If older and losing it, talk with your urologist.

I need something to help with my hands - was your T low and out of range? Did you stay in range after starting T therapy or go higher out of range?

... and it works. I had an antibody blood test yesterday exactly 14 days after my second Pfizer vaccine and it was positive for protective antibodies. I had the same test a month prior with a negative result!
My T reading fell in the low range when I first visited my urologist. He suggested TRT, but I thought about if or a year. Shouldn't have waited. The rejuvenation began right away.
He put me on 150mg every two weeks, by injection. After a year or so, my readings came back high. My urologist said my own body had begun producing more testosterone. He cut me back to 125mg.
For your hands, if it's arthritis, I suggest acetaminophen (Tylenol). This mild painkiller is not addictive and the user does not develop a tolerance for it. I buy it in a big bottle of 500 or 1000 tablets.
I wake up stiff in the morning. A couple of pills of acetaminophen helps me loosen up. Strong coffee helps with the cobwebs.
Acetaminophen also has dramatically reduced the pain in my shoulder joint from an inoperable torn rotator cuff. I can fall asleep pain free.
Good luck.
