Why can’t it stop down ? Did you ever get an estimate on the problem ?

Ask Admin to move this to Classifieds. Any reason why the mount is a secret?

I stopped down all the way to f/22 but it still has some vignetting, however, by taking off the front cover/protector there is none. .

I haven't got an estimate.

Thank you for your inquiry.

There is no secret whatsoever. I just didn't specify it.
Thank you for bringing that up to me.
I'd will correct it.

Clearly OP is a bit new to this.

First, this is probably bargain or user condition rather than good. It's really rough looking.

Second, with that many pictures, show the front element, not the lens cap.

Third, always list the mount type --after prodding this is corrected

Fourth, prime lenses (as opposed to zooms) always have a constant fixed maximum aperture.

Constant f/3.5? No aperture adjustments? Strange lens...

This is a prime lens with a fixed 3.5mm versus a zoom, aperture can be adjusted from 3.5mm to 22mm.
Newer lenses are 2.8 and even 1.8mm

A fixed aperture lens has only one aperture, like a mirror lens or the Portragon. With a prime lens there is no need to say constant aperture as that applies to zoom or variable focal length lenses.
