Loved the love stories, Judy, and was a kid again climbing trees in many places, Karen. Thanks for the challenges this past week.
One more time it’s Free Sunday. You know the drill, there is no particular subject to restrict what you come up with. Just keep it family friendly and we’ll all enjoy any creation you post. Got leftovers or new images bring them we’re sure to enjoy.
I’ll start off with a few leftovers.

Thank you Larry, for a great start off. Hoping you've not experienced the weather rath in Texas. I feel so badly for folks! Just love your second image here....

I've been watching my Amaryllis bloom this week - happens so quickly! And - using some new extension tubes. I've also been trying to practice photo shop

And I tried out some "flash" tips I'd read somewhere - and they worked!

Thank you, Pat.
We did have power outages from Sunday through Wednesday. My neighbors weren't so lucky with burst copper lines on each side of me. I did get really good use out of my Yellowstone wardrobe.

Meet the "Beast" - Nikon's 70-200mm f/2.8 Z lens! After a less than satisfying experience of shooting our belated Christmas program with the much slower 24-200 I finally broke down and got the 70-200 which will work so much better when shooting in the difficult lighting at our church along with other low light applications. It's heavy and long - 50 ounces and 8.9" long and the camera/lens weight is a tad over 5 pounds. But ... it's outstanding! Here are a few early shots using it.

Good thing your "Z" only weighs in at 23 oz. Great photos, love the sharpness,

Wow - that’s a while to be without. Glad you’re both ok.
