Hello, my first time posting here. I'm looking for a lower price gimbal to use with my Canon 7D and Tamron 100-400. Paul's had a promaster GH10 for $60, way less than other prices and even less than a used one from KEH. Has anyone had experience with this shop? I appreciate any comments. Always great info from everyone here.
My Dad always said you get what you pay for
Google says Paul is good...

KEH is a reputable company for used gear.

I have never seen anything Pro master that was worth buying, tripods flimsy, three wired remotes failed within two weeks.
Spend more on a good brand and save money!!!!
I have the GH 10. It was very stiff both horizontal and vertical. Called promaster actually spoke with a person. Told him problem. Told me to send it to him and he would look at it. Got it back in less than week now works great just enough drag horizontally and free wheeling vertical. This was out of warranty but there was no charge. I’m using with a 7Dii and heavy canon 500 f4 and it works great! So to sum it up customer service great. Quality of lower end gimbal no so much. I also use a manfrotto 502 video head which I likeeven better than a gimbal. You mat want to consider that as well. Hope this helps!

Let's see now, a Wimberley Gimbal is about $600.00, WH-200. And the one your looking at is $60.00. HUMMMMM
I bought a knockoff gimbal from eBay (not there now), but it is available now on Amazon. Cheap, but OK for my limited use so far. Use it with a Sigma 150-600mm C on my Z6.
The first thing I did though, was replace the grease in it and made it smoother to use...
No experience with any other gimbal - Wimberley or not, but works OK for me at under $100

I mount my $13,000.00 Sony 600mm f4 on my cheap $600.00 Wimberley WH-200 Gimbal.
I cheaped out on a gimbal, so cheap it does not have a name on it.
It was so stiff it was unusable. I disassembled it and found grease so heavy it should have been used in train car bearings.
I removed the grease,(had to boil it out) replaced with a lighter lithium grease and it works, um, like it should now...i guess. It now resides in my "WTF was I thinking box".
Suggestion- get the lens collar for that lens and attach a 20.00 pistol grip and you can easily hand hold-

Look at a fluid head...similar action, more compact. You might find a used at a favorable price.
502 fluid head, 180 on amazon. Bought mine there. Perfect like it better than a gimbal.
