Printed Magazine for Artist/Photographers

I wanted to find a printed magazine that promotes photography as an art. I just received my first copy of LensWork and I am completely impressed. The printing is first quality, the articles and portfolios presented are inspirational and thought provoking.
If you are interested in making art via the photographic process, you should get this magazine.
Website: www.Lenswork.com
Example of what the magazine is about;
The last article in Feb issue; "Creative Thinking with Guy Tal ~ Difficulty as a Virtue"
"I do not consider myself a photographer who produces art, but rather an artist working in the medium of photography"
I know this isn't going to be for all (or maybe most) hoggers but if you aspire to higher ideals with your work in photography GET THIS MAGAZINE!

That looks interesting. You might also consider the Medium Format magazine ( https://mediumformat.com ); it's obviously oriented toward medium format cameras but as you say it promotes photographic arts and learning.

I used to subscribe to LensWork back in my active large/medium format days. It's a great magazine. I was thinking it was no longer available in print but am glad to hear that it is.

Other magazines - mainly on-line variety:

Long Exposure Magazine
OnLandscape
as previously noted Medium Format Magazine
Landscape Photography Magazine

And on the topic of LensWork, note that the on-line version is an Extended Version with more images, information, and longer articles. They also publish quarterly monographs that are excellent.
