when life gives you lemons...

My Vevlet 56 just came yesterday. Having watched a bunch of Youtube videos, I grabbed my camera and started experimenting! All I had was some very old lemons and a pear. These photos represent various apertures, from wide too narrow. I would love any input the group could offer to help me better understand how this lens works best and what I may need to be thinking about to use it well! Thanks so much! Dan

Dan, I think you did a GREAT job with it, I just Bought one also, haven't got to play with it much, It's my understanding they say to start shooting @ f/4 for a while till you get used to it, They also say shoot with it a week or two every day so that is what I'm going to do with my 56mm, I bought mine in Fuji mount instead for my Sony
well see how it goes.

I very much appreciate you posting these and sure hope you post more, I very much enjoyed looking at this set.
