I hope you are healing fast because spring is coming and maybe a prettier one that we have never seen.
The falls photos are very very good. I live in Kentucky and have been in NC years ago and was blown away by the Grandfather mountain woodland and the cantalever highway. I hope this fall it will be safe to travel. God be with you and your family.

Thanks so much for sharing with me, Bob. I lived up near Grandfather Mountain 20 years ago and never tired of the mountain scenery, but the viaduct gave me butterflies! I, too, hope we can all get out safely by the coming autumn as I have a trip planned for Colorado in September after having to cancel the same trip from last September. It was my husband that had a light stroke and subsequent surgery, so last autumn was both scary and blessed, since now he is doing very well. Wishing you and yours Blessings and wonderful adventures.

Love your water images Diane! Love also how in the first of the extras, the leaves complement the water! Joe
Hi Joe! Glad you happened to catch this post. If you ever doubted my fascination with water, this string of falls should leave no doubt about it, lol. And now you know why I was so impressed with your water scenes from Sichuan, China.

Great shots, thanks for naming the falls, I am writting them down so that I can take a trip to see them.
When you start planning your trip, Dave, I'm happy to offer any tips with directions and access if you can't find what you are looking for. Also, you might enjoy a book 'Great Waterfalls of NC' by Regan.
