Thanks for your encouraging comment.
Nice set Mike. Looks like you made good use of the 12 minutes of the golden hour you did have.

I am sure you will love using your new 1.4x with this combination. You should be expecting some excellent results. Sony's converters IMO have provided me IQ that I don't think I could get with my Canon gear, especially the 2x. Nice images and look forward to seeing more. ? Is a 600 f/4 in your future?😳😳😳😳😉
I appreciate your thoughtful comments. I have the GAS, but it will be a while before any 600mm shows up.

Nicely done, Mike. You got in a lot in 12 minutes!
Thanks, Kathy, you will note that not all the shots are in the sun (LOL).

Thanks, Vince, I did rush a bit (LOL).
Very nice series, Mike. The lens and that 1.4TC seem to make a great combinaiton, and A7RIII works well with it. That shot of the greenhead is a good one. If those were all done during that 12 minutes, you took great advantage of them. Thanks for sharing.

A most productive 12 minutes, Mike! They all look great especially in download. I love the little lady mallard in flight!
That TC is working well for you, Mike! I recall back in my rather early film days, 50+ years ago, when my equipment consisted of a Nikkormat FTn, a 50mm f1.4 lens and some off brand 135mm telephoto lens, that I purchased a TC, the name Soligor comes to mind, as well as a set of close up filters. Granted, you are using a brand name TC with a reputable name, but I assure you that, judging by your photos, we have come a long way.
