SOLD
(Canon Mount )
I have the above lens for sale in very good used condition. I noticed a couple of rub marks on the barrel and hood- nothing significant. Glass is pristine. I got this lens as a backup to use on the Canon 90D camera (which was sold). It was a very good fit. Images are sharp, clear and focus is fast. Lens is about 4 pounds but well balanced. I have changed over to the Canon R6 camera and while this lens will fit with the adapter my thought is to go with an R mount long lens to save some weight.
Since this lens was a backup it got relatively little use. Still has warranty left on it for a few more months. I have the box, paperwork, warranty card, front and back caps. hood and lens bag. I will throw in a 95 mm lens filter.
Asking 740.00. I will pay PayPal fees.
I might be interested. How much are you asking?

I can't believe I left the price off!! Asking 740.00. I can load a couple of pictures taken with this lens last summer if that is of interest.
I got one of these from a hogger in the group and very pleased with the lens. Using it on my Z6. Very sharp!
Good luck with your new setup Suntouched. I remember you had issues with your Panasonic 100-400 and I steered clear of it because of your trials. Thank you. By the way I did end up with getting a complete G9 travel kit which has worked great but ended my long lens with the PL 50-200 with 1.4 TC. But for BIF I went with a D500 & 500 PF, it really is a lightweight excellent IQ kit. Good luck on your sale.
Dear Suntouched:
I wish I had know you were going to sell it. I would have bought it. It is a wonderful lens and is well balanced for a huge piece of glass. I hope that the photographer that buys it Also buys a FOTGA L200 long lens bracket.

Yeah that Panasonic issue set me back for sure- it was a very costly event! I had a Nikon 7500 that I loved and was on the waiting list for the Nikon 500 PF lens but after several months I got impatient so I changed over to Canon for the 100-400 mm lens which is awesome. It has been many years since I had a full frame camera and the R6 is a good fit for me. I'm finding that used camera sales are slow. However there is a Facebook private group that is for buying and selling used Canon equipment in addition to Ebay and UHH etc. Thanks for touching base.

I agree it is a well balanced lens for being so large. You can still buy it- not sold yet. I did sell the Canon 90 D though which is a very good fit for the Sigma lens. I couldn't get anyone interested on UHH though.

That lens is not particularly heavy, but the rig should be mounted by the lens foot, not the camera. In that manner no additional lens bracket is needed. Best of luck.

I disagree. I have the lens attached to a 6d2 or 7d2 and mounted to a tripod via its collar. My opinion is that purchasing the LL bracket is unnecessary.
Just out of curiosity does anyone want to buy this lens??
Somebody should. Great lens, I have one. Great price.
I might if you can tell me if its G2,,the newer model of this lens

There is no G2 version of a Sigma lens. Tamron uses that designation.
