Challenge: "New" Dec. 31-Jan. 2 2021
Once again I'm starting tomorrows Challenge a few Hours early as I won't get Home until around 11pm this evening..
“New”
It’s the first photo challenge of 2021, and the theme is “New.” Cliché? Perhaps, but clichés develop for a reason. For many of us, the year’s beginning is time to take stock of the past and plan for the future; during these three days, let’s get excited about those plans by celebrating what’s New.
As long as we’re trafficking in clichés, what says “New” or represents possibly better than an adorable six-month-old?
Use your photos to show us something new-to-you for 2021. It could be a photo that tells us something about your dreams: a place you hope to travel. Something that represents a new goal you’d like to reach — the house you’re saving up for, the cover of a magazine you’d love to publish in. Highlight a new person in your life, and all the possibility that relationships contain. Or keep things lower-key, with an image of a favorite gift you received, an inspiring book you just started reading, your new puppy, or the hiking trail you hope to master.
New year. New opportunities. New adventures. Let’s inspire one another — show us what’s new.

This is a great challenge! We all need "new" this year!
Brought my geranium in last fall and now it is blooming again!
I just bought a couple of bird feeders.
This gives me a chance to learn a little more about birds and to photograph more in the wintertime.

Very nice pics. We all need encouragement through these tough times. This is a great group for that and a great start for a challenge. Thank you!
