Yes that nasty word...."Snow"....it has arrived! So might as well get out and enjoy it so to speak. We took the horses out for a few rides this past week and got all the weather Mother Nature throws our way....rain, snow, wind and sunshine...and enjoyed every minute of it!
Went and checked out a hunting area that we haven't been to in about 3 yrs......no deer or elk to be found but lot's of wolf and bear tracks...so sad!
Heading to the trail head

Enjoyable set. It is upon us - ten unseasonably cold days, several with snow even here in the "Banana Belt". Possibly, as we said at the start, introducing Canadian Wolves wasn't such a great idea.
Great shots! I used to love to ride in the snow. So many people don't realize that the heat rising from the horse's body keeps you pretty comfortable (except for your nose)
No snow where I live now.

In Vermont snow is GOLD. Vermont is the ski capital of the East.People come from NY,NJ,NH,MA, to ski.
Beautifull set. I love pictures of other people’s snow!
Well done. I think it adds to the shot when you some how include part of the horse or maybe just the tack.
Snow is the prime reason I moved from North Dakota to Deep South Texas. Last time we had snow was Christmas Day 2004, for me that's just about right.
Again great shots. I agree about bringing the wolves back
Wonderful set, Cindy! BTW skiers do not dread the "S" word.
Beautiful pictures, we had a few flurries this morning
Beautiful captures, Cindy. I’m not looking forward to winter.
