Black and White Blend

While testing a new lens, I visited a local history park and shot this old local home.
I liked the black and white version, but thought some color would add interest. So, I created an image with the flowers and shrubs in their original color and the rest in Black and white.

Looks like you have accomplished that technique.

What tests were you performing?

I had just purchased the new Tamron 28-200 mm F 2.8 Sony E mount for use on my Sony AR 7 111 and was field testing for sharpness. The lens is incredibly sharp. It has replaced my Sony 70-200 and my Tamron 28-75 lens that I acquired soon after getting the camera.

The attached image is shown without any sharpening or enhancements.

Excellent. I have the Tamron 24-70 G2 series for Nikon mount for my D750. Nice lens. No complaints.
