Rural Utah and seldom seen anymore...progress and passage of time are taking our memories away.
That's a really awesome photo and find. First the roof started to leak and was repaired with corrugated sheet metal. My Dad did the same thing to repair the farm house roof when he reached his late 80s and early 90s. This guy seems to have been in the 50 gallon drum commodity business.
Kind of have a feeling underneath that cabin lies a rattlesnake den of great proportions.

I was up at Bear Lake over the week end helping my daughter clean up their new vacation cabin. I saw a lot of "old" structures along the Bear Lake Road and immediately thought of you.
