Yellow Jacket

Walked the vines along the fenceline this afternoon and I found this Yellow Jacket among them. We have an overabundance of wasps however I seldom see the Yellow Jackets which can be quite a unfriendly encounter.
I brought it in for a 5X magnification focus stacking session and it now resides among my other preserved specimens to be brought out for sessions and various views from time to time to help pass those cold drab winter days to come.
