The best camera, so the saying goes, is the one you have with you. Most of us have phones with cameras which is now another niche for imaging with more sophisticated cameras with each new model. Apps are many. For this challenge, please post only photos taken with your phone and let us know what apps you use on your phone. All editing, for this challenge, should be done on your phone. For my iPhone 8S, my apps are: Lightroom, Fused, Pixlr, BeFunky,Focus and Snapseed. Many of these apps are available for other platforms. All but Lightroom are free, although some are now limiting free use with most tools in "pro" versions which = $$.
These were taken in portrait mode, and processed in "Focus" (which lets me change aperture and add bokeh), BeFunky and Snapseed. Unfortunately, I didn't write down which program.
SOC
BeFunky (I think)
Definitely BeFunky
Focus
Snapseed
As one of those rare people who doesn't own a smartphone (no reception on Bald Mountain (thankfully)!!) I'll just enjoy seeing what you folks are able to accomplish with yours.

You'll be missed Sue. They are definitely amazing. I am trying to get used to it still.
I have a cheap smart phone, my first. It doesn't take great photos but I use it when I go on long bike rides.

WOW! That's some sky!!!
Thanks. I was shooting it with my “real” camera, but it was nothing spectacular so I gave up and put it away. My wife then said, “Look again.” With no time because it was changing rapidly, I pulled out my phone and shot this. Apparently the credit needs to go to her.
Denali from my iphone SE. No edit, except I cropped some of the wing on #2
Don't take I phone pix very often but there are times when you have no choice....
