The Rockefeller's Basset Hall in Colonial Williamsburg. The Rockefellers' were the main "drivers" and funders for the restoration of Colonial Williamsburg.

I really loved this view of the entrance to Basset Hall.

The unusual tree and the dark clouds make for a spooky image.

Pictures of sunset taken Sunday July 26th from my back yard. There were strong storms to the east and quiet to the west.

Pg 1 - Nicely done, Bob. Besides my granddaughters,
my favorite things to capture are sunrises and sunsets,
and you done that quite well!

What a neat place! Are there any attractions (restaurants, pubs, shops) other than the nifty graffiti?

We really need to travel down to Colonial Williamsburg someday - your pictures stoke the desire. I love the moodiness of the last on in the set.

Great portrait of the deer - the spread of the buck's emerging antlers make it look like he will end up with an impressive rack.
Here is an oddity - mushrooms growing out of the bottom of one of my hanging potted ferns. The first shot was taken in the cool of the morning while the second one was taken later in the day after the temperature hit the low 90's.
