Does anyone have a recommendation for a printer that will print on 325gsm cardstock? It should have a straight through path and both input and output trays; i.e. not single feed.
Anyone have experience with the Epson P600. It says it has an adjustable platen to allow thick stock, like canvas?

No, have P800 but it is the same setup and feeding heavier stock is no problem. Just follow the directions.
I frequently use Canon (Hahnemuehle) Fine Art Etching - a 350g paper - in my Canon Pro-10. It has to go in the rearmost tray, which has a fairly flat path but does have an angle of about 10-12 degrees, and set the printer to a wide gap. The paper is NOT a cardstick, but a relatively flexible rag type paper.
My go-to source with questions like this is Red River. They have a cardstock-type paper, so they have some experience with printing it. I'd call or email them. They are always very helpful - and quick to respond.
