Can't tell for sure size is hard to judge, but you may have to eat it sometimes.

You being in Baltimore, some might say a raven.
It is a relative. A crow. But which one?
Maryland has two, American Crow and Fish crow. You can ID them by their call
And by the beak. I believe this is the Fish Crow, Corvus ossifragus.

It could be a crow. Or, it could be a raven.
Scientifically, a raven has 17 primary wing feathers. The big ones at the end of the wing are called pinion feathers. A crow has 16. So, the difference between a crow and a raven is a matter of a pinion.

Not a raven. They are BIG birds, twice the size of a crow.
And they are scruffy, or rough looking. The feathers do not lay smoothly as in a crow.

90% sure it's a crow, but 10% a raven. When crows fly, they flap their wings 95% of the time, where a raven doesn't flap as much and can sore for longer periods of time. Also the number of pinion feathers but you can't count them when the wings folded.

It is a Crow. Ravens are bigger and uglier.

Judging by it's beak, i'd say a young crow.
