Many thanks to katspangle for hosting "Spring Blooms" and to those who posted blooms. It was great to see some colorful flowers.
April Showers are supposed to bring May's flowers. Looking forward to seeing your rain, raindrops, rain gear, puddles - anything associated with rain.
Thanks Pat for hosting...Will be a fun subject...

I love this picture! Probably look even better with the photoshop oil painting filter.

Nice start off Pat thanks for hosting, see what I can come up with.
For as much rain as we have had, I couldn't too many good ones this spring (no. 4 was taken last spring)

Great Intro Pat, I'll be back tomorrow evening.
Every spring in early May I am attracted to the mud puddles seen in these pictures. This is an annual mud gathering spot for these Cliff Swallows gathering mud to build their nests with. At the edge of the puddle the swallows roll the mud up in small balls with their beaks, then they fly off to add the mud to their ongoing nest construction. I watch this very fascinating and busy activity each spring! Who knew mud puddles could be so much fun!
