Free Sunday has come again, so come on by and share anything you are particularly proud to share, whether it be leftovers that you didn’t have time to share on any of the previous challenges or some new trick you’ve learned in your post processing. We really like learning new stuff.
Big thanks to Pat and Karen for last week’s challenges that they hosted. Green and trees kind of went together.
Photos usually have a story behind their composition. Well this photo is a shot of my story shelf that has about 5 stories, and I won’t bore you with all of them but the one with the picture I took of the dam my dad was working on when he met my mother has always been a favorite. Might not be who I am if they hadn’t met there. Mom came from the very small town of Forest, New Mexico. Dad on the other hand came from the only slightly larger town of Union Star, Missouri. There is an even longer story as to how they each ended up in Redding, California. Pioneers themselves in a less mobile time in our country. So anyhow, that’s where I was born.

The two of us went to the beach today. Just to get out. Windy and cold, with clear air, bright colors and a little feeling of freedom. I'm finding it hard to settle to do anything but am trying to take some action on projects long needing attention...and how's that working for me???? "Sorta"

These are some low light pics taken from the 3rd floor balcony of my apartment complex after a light rain, it was a relatively warm night.

Good for you! In a way, I am glad for an excuse to cancel everything - but it will get old soon.
