Challenge: Trees- Mar. 19-21
I enjoy trees year round, want to see your tree images.
One from the Needles section of Canyonlands National Park. Life's tough when you're between a rock and a hard spot!!

#2 is fantastic - the scenery goes on forever - love it!!
I grabbed this tree last Sunday after one of our rare (for this winter) snows.
Angel Oak - Johns Island, SC. The estimated age ranges from 500 to 1,500 years. Every time I've been there the number of people make it difficult to isolate the tree.
I call this ''The Four Tree Farm''. Used to have a barn and another smaller building out back and apparently the owners passed away and a flukey kid of theirs took it over and left it there. The ruins are hidden under the snow
This is what is known as a ''sugar snow''. The trees are full of snow and by day's end the snow has melted and the sap is running good. Always looked forward to by sugarers, they'll be boiling late. Fond memories for me for sure
A retired tree who has taken place on the riverside along with a great view and it invites us to sit there on it to catch the sunset.
Stash
Loc: South Central Massachusetts
I took this shot just down the road from my house.
I have a favorite tree back in Illinois farm country, no photographs in winter (yet) since we relocate for warmer weather... Here's my tree from September & October 2019....
